investors and service providers in the life sciences. BioBrew organizes after-work events where bio people in
academia and industry can meet, swap business cards and exchange ideas. BioBrew events are scheduled regularly at popular
microbreweries in Southern California and the San Francisco Bay Area.

BioBrew's mission is to create informal interaction and foster a start-up culture
among business and academic professionals in the life sciences. With ample opportunity to attend meetings and conferences
throughout the year, we believe that people in our field need opportunities to network without the distraction of formal presentations, panel
discussions and slide shows. To this end, BioBrew events, which are typically held at popular local microbreweries, are decidedly non-structured and
non-commercial. Founded in 1998, BioBrew seeks to expand its geographic reach without losing its down-to-earth style.
